Lump is hard and feels like bone. It is under the skin on the outside of my right foot. Closer to ankle than to toes. Have pain in that foot and it is hard to walk up stairs by the end of the day. Had a bone chip that had calcium build up on it in my ankle joint - think this might be it and that it has moved?

take a sharpie marker and mark the perimeter of the lump. if over a era of countless days it gets extra beneficial, then examine it out. the affliction ought to easily be from average swelling or tenderness.

hm, well, no one else has answered yet, I guess I'll take a shot.
I would recommend ibuprofen, as it relieves swelling. But, if you have a history, I would check into the doctor's, just in case.

See a doctor NOW. It could be nothing, or it could be deadly. Do not fool with lumps. Act NOW. Time is very important, do not delay!
