And actually tell me if it'll be rainy or w/e, not just a temperature?

You have to be able to make a forecast yourself using information you can gather. There is no website that says 70 degrees and sunny for a month from now. You have to look at the long term models and then make an educated guess. The general rule is you cannot trust a forecast outside of 3 days but in my experience I have seen models predict a week in advance whether it will rain and what the temperature will be. In summary, there is a way to find out what you need but you will need some formal training to find it out and there is no way at all that you will be confident in what you find out.

No. The best you can do is to use climatology to determine what percentage of days it rains, and what the average temperature is. The best numerical weather prediction forecasts become completely useless beyond two weeks, and often much sooner than that.

buy a farmers almanac- there pretty accurate
