In the children from the movie Village of the Damned the kids they don't love they just survive they don't feel for others. That there is somthing explained by doctors but what neccesarily is said that theres somthing more. Somthing that makes a person that person. If they don't have that then what is it? Without emotion you can think more clearly. Is there emotion within A Hollow Shell? If it is absent is the person able to think clearly and possibly be smarter then most people? Is this a possibly characteristic to be emotionless?

A Hollow Shell is basically a brain dead person. Check my last question.

I agree that emotions are brain-killers , for examples go out on the streets , observe how would an angry person behave ...
he shouts , he spits , he swears and curses without ... huh say it without thinking ... so at the boiling point of any feeling .. mad happiness=crazy , deep sorrow = Depressed , ur brain is canceled ..... they say suicide is a moment of crazy disappointement ... as for me I try to hide my feelings as hard as I can so I don't lose my mind and dont appear weak at the same time ....

Thos who think they think without emotion are expressing an emotion, i.e. what keeps them doing what they're doing or set out to do something new. That's where the word comes from, e-motion. If it moves at all, there's at least one reason or motive, more often many which activates it and explains its purpose. All our senses and reasons are based on "feeling" and responding to something or someone. There are no zombies, that's fiction and magic, not the stuff of rational discourse or philosophy.

I'm seriously disappointed in you lack of learning. That is one of my emotions based on this question and the other. You failed entirely to establish the "brain-dead" hypothesis.

There is no concrete way to know if a person is a "hollow shell" and so we must treat them as if they were not.
I would hate to think that just because I was unable to respond -people would treat my like a pile of 'dead meat'
A person is a child of G-d and deserves to be treated with respect as long as that person is with us in any condition .

It could be a mental disorder. In some government offices, they take "emotionless" people to make unbaised (spelling?) decisions, so that emotion doesn't cloud your judgement. Apparently, it's possible.

I suppose literal apathy does exist although I can't imagine anyone who does not feel anything at all.
