My husband and I just want to start a family and we havent been trying that long at all, but we just want it to be our turn. I know it may sound selfish but why when we time it all right and etc, we still dont get preggo?? We are atleast hoping to be preg. by December. But if were not, we'll of course still try and have fun with it, but I want a baby now and we are ready to start our family. Any other ways that I can have a higher chance of getting preg? I chart my CM and I know when I ovulate, the only thing I dont do is chart my temps, but does that really matter? Also- I heard having sex in the morning rather than night gives you a higher chance of getting preggo, is that true? Because if so; no more sex until moring please! lol HELP... desperate for bundle of joy! and baby dust to all that are in the same boat!!!

You may want to start the BBT charting..I was doubtful of it at first too, but it really does help you to understand your own cycles and if/when you ovulate. Go to fertiliytfriend.com and sign up, do the tutorials check out their chart gallery. But like the others have said, at the end of the day it's really in gods hands even when you do everything 'right'. The biggest thing I think is don't try to 'time' everything too perfectly because despite what all outward cues are saying you really could ovulate any time during the month (i.e, even w/out EWCM or BBTs whatever) so do the babydance every other day just in case.

I tried forever and seemed like no luck and then about 2 months after my and my husband got married I got pregnant (however I did not find out until 2 months after I was preg cause got my period first 2 months) but we looked a few things up and these are some things we tried and it must have worked because I have a 16 month old son. Make sure you take prenatal pills and get lots of folic acid. I took folic acid pills. Lay on your back with a pillow under your butt so you are elevated and your husband on top. After you are done having sex have him lay on top of you while still inside you for awhile. Try that and see if that helps. It did for us. I just went to google.com and typed in ways to get pregnant and tried some of that stuff but what I told you is what we did and like I said I have a beautiful healthy son. Good Luck!

I heard that it doesn't make that big a difference morning or night just a little more sperm. R both of you taking vitamins?
My advise everything happens for a reason so try to enjoy it as much as possible and when the time is right it will happen for you.

You don't say how long you've been trying. If you are under 35, doctors recommend you try for 12 months before seeking medical assistance. If you are over 35, see a doctor after 6 months of trying.

It took us 4-1/2 years, thousands of dollars and fertility treatments to conceive so forgive me if I don't think your few months' worth of trying is all that long.

I heard that it would not make that sizable a distinction morning or night in basic terms somewhat greater sperm. R the two considered one of you taking supplementations? My recommend each thing happens for a reason so attempt to appreciate it as much as achieveable and while the time is powerful it rather is going to take place for you.

It takes most women a year to concieve. 85% of couples get pregnant within 1 year of trying. Some women it just takes longer then others to get pregnant. You'll get pregnant when it is your time and when ALLAH(SWT) decides if and when you can get pregnant.

I know this may sound graphic but make sure that you "O" before he does. This allows for more natural moisture making it easier for the spermies to swim to where they need to go. Good luck!

hey, i with you on this question. with our first, we weren't trying, and it happened fast. with our second, omg, we tried opk's, basal body temps, charts, you name it, we did it. we even tried preseed etc. i don't know what to tell u as to why it doesn't happen when u do it when you're supposed to. buy an opk, that helped us. it tells u when u ovulate.
