I've heard that taking Robitussin will. In some cases, it just creates more mucous in the body and makes the vaginal secretions more neutral and sperm friendly. Some women have acidic vaginal secretions.

I have not heard that before, but I think it would be safer if you abstain from the nyquil and just let nature take its course.

I've heard of robintussin, it helps the Cm be more EW so that the sperm can swim threw it better

Nope, it's Robitussin and it's a specific ingredient within it.
