I just heard about the new iron man movie and could have shorn I saw an older version with I guess Billy Zane, can someone help me out? derect me to a site or tell me a movie which was like iroon man exept the phantom.

You're talking about THE PHANTOM (1996). Zane played Kit Walker (a/k/a The Phantom).
