This is going to sound waaay retarded but I borrowed Resident Evil from a friend and was assured its a one disc game and the other disc isnt anything....normally any game thats a two disc is because the game is large. So what Im asking is, is the other disc for continued game play or is it just something else?

Yes, I own that game and have beat it over and over. You have to have both discs to play. Once you get a little over half way through the game, you have to switch discs!

If you are talking about Resident Evil 4, the 2nd disc IS part of the gameplay, you'll need it to complete the game. I think the 2nd disc starts at Chapter 5. So you'll be able to play most of the game, but not finish it. And believe me, you'll want to finish RE4, it is an incredible game.

Which Resident Evil game are you talking about? 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 were all put out on the Cube.
