Afraid to say this started 10 years ago, when one woman started on about the 'Human Rights' of children in Schools, formed a group of 'Do Gooders', went to the government and then went to the European Parliament and won !! This resulted in all discipline techniques being removed in schools and the police etc. Now parents cannot even slap or discipline their own children, and boy do they know it !! So, now we have a culture of undisciplined and out of control young people who know damn well that they can get away with almost anything !! They are now under educated as a result of no discipline in the classroom, other than 'Exclusions' which they now use as extra holidays !! Be bad in the class room and get 'Excluded' and stay at home !! The government and schools are now trying to blame parents and families for the lack of control. However, you cannot control something that has been allowed to breed. Also, we now have some of these young people becoming young parents themselves and as they don't give a damn their young children will not given an even bigger damn in the future. It has now come to the point where people are being killed, maimed for life etc and something needs to be done about returning to discipline in schools, homes and in the street etc by whatever means, but it needs to put the fear of god into them and stop this awful social down fall. I for one am not old by any means, but I am sometimes petrified to go down town in the evenings or even to go into some shops. And I live in Eastbourne !! Now what we have to look forward to is these young people living in our country in the future, and their children after them and that is a very frightening thing to think of, I shall say no more. Start with a little idea that no one owes anyone a dinner.
Then drum it in that human rights are not natural but granted by Parliament and that laws can be changed .
Then insist that all Foreign Residents and British Subjects/citizens are aware that for each right they have at least one duty.
That breaches in duties may bring penalties of varying severity.
Return to a point in which remission of sentances is a privilage which can be withdrawn
End earlt releses because of prison overcrowding and if necessary build more prisons.

Make life imprisonment at least 20years

Insert stringent educational requirements.

Remove greedy lazy teachers - require teachers to be in it to make a difference and because they enjoy filling and expanding the minds of youth with truth, consititution, fortitude, fact, empathy and without corporate sponsorship.

Then turn attention to the government to figure out how things were allowed to get so out of control.

Then turn attention to use of planetary resources to control population growth & international assistance programs to even things out regarding education, resources, and medical technology.

Though I think people are a horrible creature, left to its own devices would knowingly burn itself out in a horrible explosion of careless greed and hate - I'd like to think that humanity has a good deal of potential and when properly grown and maintained, on a level playing field would choose to be kind, logical, caring, decent, empathic and over-all intelligent.

It just won't happen while the ignorant run amok and intelligence is bred entirely out of humanity through lazyness and selfishness.

Easy, It's called punishment. They have no fear of being punished. Just read today some out of control girl has been convicted dozens of times and now on her request has been put inside for a year. Build more prisons and detention centres and give the chavs something to worry about.

we need a superhero in every city... someone who sits on the roof tops and watches for dangerous situations. duh... i mean that's the only solution. u can't trust humans with the safety and security of citizens they are too fickle... now, we should start up a superhero recruitment website where ppl can sign up... i'm sure you'd be surprised by the replies... and if we could get the CIA and FBI to fund equipment, weapons, and devices for our superheros... we'd be set against even the most universally evil villain... muah hahahahahah
