No, morphine is only available in prescription form. Also, you can not buy morphine or any other narcotic medicine over the counter in Mexico or Canada. There are some spam sites that allow you to buy it over the internet with no prescription, but do not believe it. If you buy medicine over the web without a real doctor's prescription, you will be sent sugar pills, not the real thing. Your best bet is to go to a doctor. If you need morphine, you'll get it. If you don't, you won't. It's not good for your body long term and it's hard to ween off of.

Morphine is a controlled substance, so it is not possible to include it in non-prescription medicines. Or rather, it is possible, but illegal, so it doesn't happen.
There are pseudomorphine products - these are compounds that have some of the effects that morphine does but without the harmful result of addiction and the other problems that are associated with the use of morphine.

In the present day no, but in the early 1800's through the beginning of the 1900's there were all kinds of medicines.
Because of the laws pasted in 1936 and 1942 opiates (Morphine, Heroin) and other have been kept under strict watch by the FDA and the DEA.
The use of such drug today requires a prescription and a return visit monthly for refills.

Morphine is a controlled substance.
And if you abuse opiates, you'll have an awful time getting off them. They're some of the most addictive substances on earth.
I would never mess around with them -- what if I got a very painful cancer some day and needed them? If I abused them in the past they might not work!
