Feminists have opposed breast implants since they were invented. (It's a personal choice, obviously, but a very ill-advised one.) Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but stupidity lasts forever.

You'll need to ask each INDIVIDUAL why they get implants.
All the feminists I know are against implants. It goes against the very concept of being who you are and accepting yourself.
"Ugly and dumb"? There is no logic in your "question" anyway.
Fine example: If a man were to replace a testicle he lost due to Cancer, would he be "dumb" or "ugly"?
I'm sure this is yet another dreary wind-up and it makes me feel bad for people like those who ask these sorts questions.
A piece of advice: Like yourself and then you won't have a desire to be so bitter to the rest of life.

Having worked for a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, I would only recommend breast implants for those women who NEED them because of a defect due to mastectomy or birth defect.

Yes some do. They make them only in the west. Not in our countries they dont. The west gives bad examples to women worldwide and they spoil the word women .... no character and no heart and no attitude and they just have nothing just only sleeping around with men.... disgusting
