I know it says guys but I wanted to answer because I have a pierced tongue and if a guy had one that would be so hot!!! And besides my husband loves my pierced tongue

Piercings don't bother me. However, I did see a tongue piercing that got infected, and it was seriously nasty. Think about foul-smelling pus oozing from someone's tongue. Not exactly a turn-on.

It can't be worth the pain for someone to do that to themselves.

I am married now but that was already common throughout my dating years - mid 80's to mid 90's. I thought it was repulsive them and I still think it's repulsive. But some people will do anything to imitate rock musicians.
