i've always been fascinated with the idea that, when i had a good healthy looking body, i coudn't get enough of showing it off to others, mainly by photography. Yet women don't feel the same way. why?

If it is art per se...I can deal with it.

Many women don't happen to think the human body is quite as much a turn-on as do men.

If it is in good taste--or in a movie that absolutely wouldn't work without it--that's one thing.

If it's nudity, just for the sake of nudity, doesn't make much sense.
EXCEPT---in the case of Playboy magazine--where the women are pampered all day long--made felt to feel comfortable...etc.

I feel as though the body can be a type of art. I am a woman and I don't find nude photography as demeaning. It all depends on what the artist is trying to imply in his photos. And not all woman feel the same way about nude photography. But in my opinion....we concentrate on the grace and natural state of the nude body.....only those who take it the wrong way will object to it.

I would chalk it up to either low self esteem, or being raised in an environment where they never viewed or were taught the positives of being female. Some people are not happy with the bodies they were born with. I don't mean that in a sexual way, but more of a gender definition problem. Maybe gender identity disorder? hmmm.... I will keep on the lookout for this regular. Maybe we can figure out if it truly is a woman in need of help, or just a troll looking to get a rise out of people.

Tasteful nude is one thing, photo's to catagorize a womans sexuality are not okay.

The body of a naked woman will always be more appealing than a mans, its more fluid and soft, and has a better relationship with light and shadow.

I think its beautiful, but it also has its place.

The problem comes in when the pictures look like your in a gynecology or proctology (sp) class.

The photos with Demi Moore was very nice.

I save the viewing of my private parts for special people. Suggestive clothing, now that is a different story.

Personally, I would rather look at a nice male body.

Hot women don't have a problem with it. The big nasty beasts say it is exploiting women. Ironic, isn't it.
