It's got power and the interlock has power coming and going, any ideas? 4 year old Frigadaire Ulta Quiet

it has a rotory dial and I tried all the settings

If it has power, the door switch may be defective or the timer is.

There's a computer chip board that is notorious for not working; sometimes, it's caused by turning the rotary dial too fast. Call an appliance repair guy...a good one will ask you, before coming out, what brand and model, maybe even serial number, too, of your unit, so that they will be prepared when they arrive. +/- $50 to $75 to re-re (repair-replace).

will the dial turn ? try checking all the button settings if one is half way out it wont start, close door latch , turn dial ,and see if it will run,
