Some people aren't ready for neither one of them to be in office. No one is ready for a woman to be in office because they think that a woman can't handle the job. And no one wants an African American in office because many think that a black should not be held with the job. Personally, I think that we shouls have a black in office because it would show that there is at least some kind of diversity. And I think that a woman should be in office because it would show that women can do the job.

Some people aren't ready for EITHER one, not because they are black and a woman, but because of who they are and what they stand for. I could vote for Alan Keyes or Condy Rice, but I doubt I will get the opportunity.

Voting for a president based on their race or sex is recklessly irresonsible and DANGEROUS. We voted in George Bush, Jr because we liked what he was telling us---and it's amazing he hasn't irreparably wrecked the USA.

Put aside racial or sexist differences and take a hard core look at who's running. Put a little effort in doing your own research and pray you make the wise choice on who to vote for. Right now, America sorely needs someone who can do the job.

Personally, I think America isn't ready for either Barach OR Hillary.

According to the evidence compiled by Judicial Watch in the last ten years, Hillary Clinton is among the most corrupt politicians in our nation’s history. She devised a scheme to sell taxpayer financed trade missions to Communist China in exchange for campaign contributions. She presided over the theft of the private FBI files of former Reagan and Bush staffers. She led the campaign to slander the women sexually and otherwise abused by President Clinton, and has lied time and time again to investigators, to her colleagues, to the press and to the American people.

You're not very bright, are you, question asker? Not saying that either of these candidates for president is or is not qualified, your reasons for wanting one of them to be U.S. President are the worst I have ever heard of. If you want to "prove diversity" or "show that a woman can do the job" as your main goal in going to the polls and voting for one of these people, then do us all a favor and stay home.

You don't elect people simply based on their gender. Americans have to get smarter on their
voting choices. We have two parties right now that refused to listen and make decisions for their personal gain only. There is no reason this country should be in the shape it is in. For instance,
the Fair Tax would blow the doors off regulations that stifle American productivity. Companies don't flee this country for nothing folks- it's called over regulation, litigation and liberalization.

I really dont know. I do know I will vote against Barach, we dont need a "black power" president. Its already bad enough with the racism. I think a woman would do us best. Like they say WHICH IS VERY TRUE.....whatever a man can do a woman can do so much better. I just dont care for her but I will vote for her over Barach.

I am ready for a black and a woman. I am ready for Condoleeza Rice. She is an expert in foreign policy. And as she realizes that foreign policy is merely understanding other countries and their domestic policies, she knows the US domestic needs as well.

So I would vote for her if she were running. The other two you mentioned, I won't vote for either. And it is not that I am sexist or racist. What I am is not socialist.

Either one of them can do the job. But Barack will get my vote because he dares to be different than all the others. He is not like the old foggies who simply rehash, reword or refresh all the things that everyone had said before. Barack IS different. And I'd like a fresh face in the White House.

Obama is trying to dazzle us with the dream of a better world sprinkled with love and joy.

Clinton has forced us to face the cruel reality of our current situation, her working plan will pull us out of a huge hole.

America is looking for an effective leader, Hillary is the only capable candidate running.

And why do we need diversity??? The question should be can he/she do the job, is he/ she qualified?? Not what color is his skin or does she have breasts.

What the heck has either one of them accomplished in your eyes that makes you think they are Presidential?
