No, he who doesn't do well with public speaking needs to just go ahead and keep his mouth shut as long as possible before he causes more embarrassment to himself, his political party and to the United States.

Noone would want him there. His clumsy attempts at fostering democracy in Iran have only harmed the underground movement there, which has had to continually point out that it has nothing to do with him, and they genuinely realize that bush doesn't have their best interests at heart.
