i was at friends wedding, and he had a cousin that caught my eye, but i could not introduce myself because well i was drunk and did not want to look like a complete moron.
now this girl is on my friends facebook, should i message her even though its awkward?

Instead of msging her you could comment on a photo of her from the wedding. She'll see that you commented in her daily feed!

People are on Facebook for a reason, generally to meet new people or interact with their existing friends. If someone is on Facebook, they are likely to enjoy a random message from a guy or girl who might be interested in them. It's a harmless way of flirting. Go for it.
