Any bank would have them just go in and ask..

Just get 200 pennies ,buy some Tarnex. or any good brand of liquid metal tarnish remover,and carefully put them in,Ta Da. shinny pennies.

Soaking any old pennies in Coca-Cola (or vinegar) will make them shiny. It only takes an hour or two.
This is why coke is bad for your teeth.

Most banks will have rolls of new cents, just ask to see if they do. A roll of 50 is 50 cents. You can look at both ends of he roll to see if they are new and in mint state. Of coin dealers have mint state examples of older cents but you pay a premium.
