Alton Brown - always fun to watch and learn, like going to school!
Rachel Ray - such a down home girl next door... loads of fun to hang out with.
Ming Tsai - what can I say?
Curtis Stone - oh yeah!!
Oh, and that big Hawaiian chef guy, Sam Choy, Ming Tsai's good friend!

Me: that potty-mouthed British chef-from-hell Gordon Ramsay("Hell's Kitchen" and "Ramsay's Kitchen Nighmares")???...
Sticking to the REAL basics of cooking while being cussed out by him is a dream come true for many a chef-wanna-be...

Anthony Bourdain, his mixture of food smarts and witty remarks make for a great show. No Reservations on the Travel network is terrific and I loved his book Kitchen Confidential, it inspired me to attend Culinary school.

Alton Brown. He's funny, and you always learn something watching his show. Emeril always burns whatever he cooks, and he seems a little full of himself.
