William (Will) Joseph - I like it, but am not sure I would name my child William. I really like William, Will, and Liam, but do not care for Bill, Billy, and Willy. There is a good chance someone will call him one or all of these things. Billy Joe is not somethng I want someone to call my child! I do really like William Joseph, though. It is very strong and respectable. Will is also cute for a little boy. I guess you have to think about possible nicknames before you choose a name and then decide whether it matters to you if someone calls him/her that. You can also make it known to family not to call him those nicknames. I do know with certain people that will use those nicknames just to tease you, though. Hopefully they won't stick with the child. Good Luck!

Oliver (Ollie) James - I don't really like Oliver or Ollie. I do love Olivia for a girl, though. Olivia May and Olivia Grace are both cute.

Eleanor (Ella) May - I don't care for Eleanor, but love the nicknames Ella, Elle, Elly and Nora. I wouldn't go with Elly May, though. I think that is the girl on The Beverly Hillbillies. :) My choice would be to call her Nora Mae(I like it spelled this way better).

*Mia Elizabeth - I absolutely love this name! Mia is so beautiful. It sounds good with Elizabeth, too. I like Elizabeth as a middle name because it sounds good with many names and allows for a lot of different options for nicknames.

Eliza Grace - This is ok. I love Grace as a first or middle name with many other names. I don't care much for Eliza, especially if it is shortened to Liza. Lizzie is kinda cute as a nickname for a little girl, though. What about Elizabeth Grace? You could still call her Eliza if you want to and it offers more options for her as she grows.

Isabel (Issy) Sophia - I love the name Isabel or Isabella and also Sophia. I don't care for Issy as a nickname. I like Belle, Bella, or Sophie as nicknames. I don't think Isabel Sophia flows very well, though. Sophia Isabel sounds better to me or maybe try another name with one of them...Isabel Grace, Sophia Grace(I like this one a lot), Sophia May, or Sophia Elizabeth.

Here are a few suggestions for boy names:
Benjamin Jackson(Jack)
Jack Alexander
Joseph Alexander
Samuel Clark
James Samuel
Thomas Edward
Phillip Dale
Daniel Patrick
Douglas Edward
Thomas Frederick

William (Will) Joseph-Good,not always fond of Joseph
Oliver (Ollie) James-I'm not sure if Ollie's a good nickname for a boy.

Eleanor (Ella) May-Nice,I reallly like Ella as a nickname.
Mia Elizabeth-Elizabeth is great,Mia's okay.
Eliza Grace-It's not my favorite, but at least you wouldn't be dooming the kid to an awful name (like some names I've seen here).
Isabel (Issy) Sophia-Cute,except I don't like Issy (sounds too much like Sissy) as a nickname,

Over all, your names are real nice.

They're all very nice names, but you might want to spice up the middle names and/or nicknames. What about Nora instead of Ella for a nickname for Eleanor?

Instead of Mia Elizabeth, maybe Mia Evangeline?
Instead of Eliza Grace, possibly Eliza Gelsey?

Your names are fine, but especially if your surname is common, I think it always a nice idea to spark up the middle name a little bit.

I like them all!! Good going. The only one I might watch out for is "Eleanor May" because that is too close to Ellie Mae from the Beverly Hillbillies.

If a boy is named Oliver, call him Oliver not Ollie, PLEASE!
