now it ruin my life..i really want to stop it, every time after doing i keep promise and won't do that again but i still can't control ..
so anybody plz plz give some advice how to quit it ?

Sex or masturbation isn't bad wrong or unhealthy, so why stopping such pleasant action then?
If it just is the visit to the porno websites to dislike you, try to masturbate without putting on the computer!

Masturbation is ok for you. But the porn really can get a little over the top. Like too much stimulous I guess. Perhaps if you consciously change where you masturbate? Do it in bed using only your imagination instead of sitting at the computer. Or the shower. Breaking the habit is hard but it's about breaking the pattern of behavior. Good luck.

If it makes U feel quilty quit doing it, however keep in mind finding a woman isnt the best answer either.
I know a friend who messed up his life by having 2 kids now he pays $600 a week in child support.
