well for one it would be hard to determine that the pain is actually in your uterus. it might be pains in areas around the uterus.
i would recommend calling your doctor if you are worried.

Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) usually starts with a bacterial infection and inflammation of the cervix (cervicitis). This is usually caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia. PID is also linked to an imbalance of the organisms normally found in the vagina (bacterial vaginosis). The bacteria then spread to other female reproductive organs.
Sometimes PID starts after bacteria are carried beyond the cervix by an invasive procedure. This could be the insertion of an intrauterine device (IUD), a dilation and curettage (D&C), an induced abortion, or a hysterosalpingogram test (which uses a tube to inject dye through the cervix into the uterus and fallopian tubes for X-ray imaging).
In some cases, infection moves into a fallopian tube and ovary. This can form a pocket of pus called a tubo-ovarian abscess. After having this problem, as many as 93% of women cannot become pregnant.2
PID causes inflammation in the uterus and fallopian tubes. In turn, the inflammation can form scar tissue (adhesions) in the abdominal cavity and the reproductive organs. This does not always cause symptoms. The scar tissue can lead to:
Not saying you have an STD..Just symptons point to infection.. If you were pregnant it woulkd be early to have pain unless something was wrong eptopic wise.. Just have it looked at it could just be an infection..and need medication..
~~sarah~~ Good luck

You need to go and see your doctor...or go to your chemist. but you need help. are you pregnant well cannot tell for sure from your question. did you not perhaps got an infection somehow or maybe sat on cold floor? there could be lots of reasons, but right now you need to take something for it!

My guess is eating black channe (kept in water for 6-10 hours at night ) in the morning and raw louki with nimbu whenever you feel hungry will solve the problem

Call your doctor because it could be any number of things - ovarian cyst, implantation, infection etc... The doctor will have to examine you to find out what it is.

You should go and see a doctor and get a correct diagnosis, rather than getting your info from strangers here!
