Anything I damn well please!!! Lol.
But seriously, besides giving some of the money to my family, I would try to get as much as I could directly to people who urgently need it. And I would also create an organization that would continue to do so after my death. Additionally, I would want some of the money invested so it could grow and do even more good.
I *would* splurge a little and do a couple of things I've always wanted to - a small trip or two, a few special meals, see some relatives I haven't seen in a long time.

Set my children up for there life. In a trust fund of course so they don't spend it all at once and they have to go to college to get 75% of the money. ha ha . So even in my grave i will know they are getting there education!! and take a well deserve vacation with my family. And build some missions for homless people to live and get job training. gotta do some good in the world.

Give some of it to charities and some to ppl at the homeless center downtown the rest to my family and friends. And live whats left of my life to the fullest, do everything i always thought could kill me, what is it gonna hurt i'm dying anyways, right?

Donate it to the homeless shelters, food shelters, orphans and whatever is left over to creditable Churches. Maybe to a person(s) that I know would make an impact and a difference.

I would write a will and leave my best friends a large sum of money with a letter to each one telling them how much I loved them. The rest I would leave to my parents and my sister. So they would be all set.

Pay off any bills my kids have, pay off there houses and get them whats left. I sure don't want the state ( Mi) to get any.
