Is it better to have a Bachelors in Business Management versus having an Associates in Business Management? I am 12 weeks away from earning my Associates in Business Management and am considering starting up at another college to complete the ACCEL program to earn my Bachelors degree in 18 months. Is it really worth it in todays society to have a Bachelors degree versus having an associates?

It absolutely is, look at a job site and compare the jobs that require an associates degree and a job that requires a bachelors degree.
An associates degree really is not that much greater than a high school diploma, especially in the business management field.
Continue your education and do not stop until you obtain your MBA.
