Yes, you can get pregnant while nursing! Especially since your little one is only nursing once a day. Every pregnancy is different, so you may or may not get very sick. If your pregnancy test was positive, I would bet that you are. False positives are not very common. Congratulations!

Yes, you can get pregnant while nursing. It's definitely not true that nursing makes you MORE fertile though! If you are nursing very frequently, and it's your child's only food, then the return of your fertility will likely be delayed for a long time (my sister just had her first post-partum period and her son is 8 months old). But, since your child is 1, I'm assuming you aren't nursing all the time and you've obviously already gotten your period. Since you have gotten your period, you should know that you can become pregnant. Plus, you got a positive pregnancy test, so, there's your answer anyway.

Yes you can get pregnant while nursing. Some people have morning sickness with some pregnancies and not with others. I would not use that as an indication. Call the doctor for an appointment.

You can definitly get pregnant while nursing. Even at only a few months post-partum it is possible. Because you are only nursing once a day you have obviously started ovulating and could indeed be pregnant... especially if the test says so! It is not likely to get a false positive on those tests.

Positive test = pregnant. Congratulations!
Its incredibly possible to become pregnant while breastfeeding. Especially if you're only doing it once a day. Also, every pregnancy is different. You may have had severe symptoms the first two times and nothing at all this time. (That's how it was with me).

Yes most deffinatly!
I got pregnant while nursing my 7 month old daughter!
Not every pregnancy is the same, you may not get sick with this baby. I was fine with my son and throwing up 24/7 with my daughter.

If the test says it's so... It is so. If you're only nursing once a day, you're hormone levels are not likely to be strong enough to do you much benefit in the contraceptive department! Congratulations Mama!

Yes, you can. I have a friend that was pregnant with her 3rd when her second was 6 months and was still nursing.
