I have the same problem I try to get my left arm as still as I can while painting the right hand. I lay my left elbow on a flat surface to keep it still then I go VERY slow

It's taken me years of practice to get my dominant hand manicured as well as the nondominant. Just go slow, do your best, and get one of those nail polish remover clean-up pens to fix errors until you're good at it.

to control the movements of your left hand and fingers, let your 2 smallest finger rest on the table or on your lap as a support of your hand and finger. I could manage with my smallest finger but my sister use their 2 fingers. it's really up to you.
