I need some money so I can buy a guitar. I tried dog walking last year and nobody signed up so i don't really think that would work, and if you have any ideas please tell me and also tell me what i should charge.

I don't think you can get an actual job at 13.

So maybe the usual oddjobs around the neighborhood. Offering to mow lawns, pull weeds, wash the car, explaining you really need the money. Elderly folks will understand and will probably be proud of you considering their generation worked much harder. Or you can babysit or do more chores if you get an allowance or the sort that gets you paid.

How much you should charge depends. How much is the guitar? What are you willing to do and how long will you be able to do it for?

Baby sitting, pet sitting, dog walking, garage sale, ebay auctions, amazon.com auctions, mowing lawns, shoveling side walks, raking leaves, having a bake sale on your drive way, getting a paper route. Dang that should be enough to buy you 10 guitars ;0)

Get a paper route. You just go to a local newspaper office and let them know you want to deliver newspapers in your neighborhood and they set you up with a delivery route. It's just that easy!

You could try washing vehicles, baby-sitting, cleaning around the house, or just asking your neighbors if there is anything around their houses that you could do for a little money.
