Rogue or Catwoman.
Actually to be honest it'd suck being Rogue because you have to be careful not to suck the life or powers out of your friends or fellow mutant friends but still she's the coolest X-woman.
Catwoman is a heroine in her own comic books.

They all get beat up pretty good. Batman and Iron Man are both pretty smart, and rich. That would be pretty nifty.
I definitely wouldn't want to be Robin or Wonderwoman though... and while Banner is smart, being the Hulk would stink because you would never know if you would be smart enough to figure out what was going on around you.
