Last month at the shoe store, I was surprised by the way a salesman flirted with my wife and the way she reacted to it. She actually seemed comfortable with his flirting and allowed him to hold her foot in his hand for long moments as he helped her try different shoes. At other times he kept his hand on her knees or putting his hand on her waist when she would try the shoes in front of the mirror. My reaction to that is I got immensely aroused and I have not stopped fantasizing about this guy actually making it with my wife. I was really taken aback by my reacion and these images keep playing in my mind. I would like other people to help me understand my reaction. Why would I want this guy to have his way with my wife and successful bed her? It is also worth mentioning that the salesman was really good looking. I am also interested in knowing what goes in a woman's mind in moments like this. Would anything more have happened if I was not around on that day? Would my wife try to go to the store again on her own to try more shoes, and try to meet with the guy in my absence?

1. Be flattered that your wife is an attractive woman that men like to flirt with.
2. All shoe salesmen flirt. They flirt with me, and I'm old and ugly. That's how they make money.
3. What else was your wife going to do. Give her a break. She got a cheap thrill (or an expensive one, depending on how much the shoes cost). She's not leaving you for a shoe salesman.

That was a little brazen for a salesman.

Maybe it aroused you to see your wife looking satisfied, being flirty or having that old look of arousal in her eyes. But since you said the salesman was good looking...it makes me wonder if there aren't some homsexual tendancies your way?

Maybe you guys should try some roleplaying. Like most women who are married, it's nice to have somebody pay you attention like you are a smart attractive woman which is probably why she enjoyed it, she probably also enjoyed you seeing that someboy else saw her in that light. Don't get into swaping, it's trouble. Maybe you guys can make a movie together.

If he is a commission only salesman, he would not waste his time flirting, if he didn't think he could get a sale out of it. He gets paid to sell shoes, and that's how he puts money in his pocket.
I can tell you as a salesman, when I'm dealing with a married couple, the first thing I do when I meet a married couple, is size them up and figure out who will make the decision to purchase or not. That is the one that will get my attention. Once I know WHO I'm trying to sell to, the next step is to find out what kind of customer they are, and tailor my approach to them.

As far as your reaction to seeing another men get close to your wife. I can't help you with that problem.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're saying this guy fondles your wife in front of you (to her apparent delight) and your reaction is to become aroused, and subsequently wonder what else might've occurred had you not been there? Seeing how you represent "zero" threat to someone attempting to make time with your lady, I think it's safe to assume that anything they would do they could've comfortably done in front of you. I have the sad feeling you would let this guy f u c k your wife while you sit idly by musing. This disturbs me greatly though it's definitely none of my business. What was the point of marrying her if you didn't feel protective of her? I mean, I realize women aren't property or possessions, but you're married so there is SOME implied exclusivity there, and there's no way in hell my nutsack is going to allow me to feel arousal at the thought of someone else groping MY partner. So, help me see your enlightened point of view because right now I truly don't get it.

Part of your arousal is based on the fact that others find your wife appealing. You might talk to your wife about your reaction. You can introduce some fantasy role playing into your sex life. Maybe you can play the salesman.

Flirting is a tactic a lot of sales people use to get repeat business. He could have really been attracted to her, or he was just trying to get more business. (I know where I used to work, shoe salespeople worked on commission, well not just shoes, all the depatments...).
Your reaction is just some fantasy you have. That's fine, but not all fantasies should be lived out, some are meant to arouse and nothing else.

Erotic thoughts or fantasies are extremely pleasant and normal.Maybe you wouldn't actually go for a threesome but you need something to spice up your sex life, and your wife did enjoy the attention of the good looking guy so maybe she feels the same way.As far as would she go behind your back?only she would know that.

So, do you really have a wife? Because all of your questions are in regards to your wife being with someone else. A salesman, her boss, your neighbor...anyone else you want her to screw?!

It sounds like you had a perfectly healthy reaction to what happened. Just shows that you're comfortable with your relationship with your wife. As far as the situation, talk to your wife about it and see what she has to say.
