A ripe tomato doesn't have a mouth, and therefore can't say any of the stupid things Bush does. I'd say the tomato wins based on that alone.

Tomatoes have been genetically modified to allow a longer shelf life after being pulled from the dirt

It is pretty apparent that Bush is smarter than the tomato. Just look at the profit margins for the big corporations especially the ones benefiting from this war.
