I mean move a window from one area of the screen to another?

At the top of you window is a colored bar (blue most likely) click the left side of you mouse over it hald the left side down and at the same time pull your mouse to the another side of the screen.

If your using windows put your pointer on the blue banner at the top , then push and hold down the left mouse key, then you can drag the window to where you want it. To drop it just release the key. the window must not be maximized to do this.

Click on the top bar and drag it. You can re-size a window top, bottom, sides by moving the cursor to the edge until it double arrows. Click and adjust.

ohhh! like a window on a computer screen? double click on the top bar first. then you can move it. if it fills the entire screen in the first place you can't move it.
p.s.- i thought you ment a glass house window at first. haha

left-click and hold on the top bar of the window and drag it where you want.
make sure the window is not maximized (full screen)

Left click on the top (blue bar) and drag it while your are holding down the button on the mouse.
