Yes.....100% they at least take about that at the Owners meetings at the end of the year. And I am 80% sure it will be voted on and pass for next year.

It's a good idea but here's the problem. With all the different defense packages that teams use, players in and out depending on the down and yardage, it could be tough to find a D player that is in the game full time on every down. You may have to allow 3 or 4 defensive players to wear earpieces.

I think it is a great idea.

Just think how the bad coaching for the NYG came to the surface when Eli was micromanaged instead of being allowed to develope as a QB.

It would do the same to the defense, and the really bad defensive coordinators could be more easily spotted and fired.

Their place relatively relies upon on the equipment they're working. If he's on an all out blitz, he will line up the wonderful thank you to benefit the ease on the OL. He does an identical with run-blocking off schemes. that's talked approximately as technique. As for finding out for the QB, could you incredibly the NFL tell the protection that they could't blitz in any respect? Then each pastime may be as ridiculous simply by fact the pro Bowl. they could relax there and look ahead to someone to get open till the cows come abode. whilst we are at it, permit's tell them that they could't hit the receivers over the middle. relatively they must wait till the receiver provides the ref a sign to declare that he's handle eligible. that's talked approximately as a sprint sport. in case you do no longer like it, watch basketball.

I dont think any defensive person would want one. They have to hear whats going on around them and they are constantly getting subbed in and out anyway.
