I'd pull the trunk release handle with my toes and jump!

Kick the tail lights out and wave my foot out of the hole as far as possible, hoping that someone would notice me in there. That's if the car was moving.
If not I would see if the back seat folds down from the trunk.
I would also pray, and try to stay calm.

Lift my legs through the cuffs until my hands are in front, find the bar that usually attaches to the spare tire jack, and prepare for the fight of my life the moment that trunk is opened.
