i am at my limit for answering questions and i wanna' answer more...i only need like 71 more points to level three...don't you hate that?

Well is the 71 points before or after you lost five for asking this? Vote on some undecided questions (+1point) and choose best answers for your questions (+3 points) that should get you closer to level three!

You could earn a few more points by voting. Go to your questions you've answered list, and find one that is in Voting stage. Click on the question, and you can vote. Then you can click on "Show me Another Undecided Question" and keep voting till questions run out or your limit does.
Check other categories in voting stage if questions run out.

Yes, but if there weren't rules like that, then people would abuse their power. Try gettin best answer, or select a best answer for one of your questions. Vote on questions that are in voting, you don't have to answer things to get points.

Yes, that happens to me a lot. But if your bored and want more points you can just go vote on other people's questions.
