I'm sorry but you are going to have to be way more specific.
There are just way to many options and price ranges depending on your companies overall needs.
Here are 2 of the leading choices.

Umm.... you're the administrator and you can't already answer this on our own???

First off, only very large companies host their own web servers. For smaller companies it is far better to pay someone else to do it; not only can a hosting company's net connection handle the traffic better than yours can, they are experts at running security and blocking hack attempts. Do it yourself and a) your net connection will quickly bog down and b) you will be spending all your time trying to get up to speed on securing a web server and battling the constant onslaught of attempted hacking (most of which will be successful since you seem to lack the experience and training).

Mail server: depends on what kind of mail server you're going to run. Too broad a question to give a definitive answer.

I recommend you contact a consultant (I'm one and available) before you get yourself and your company into an expensive pile of doo-doo.

There is a company in Texas that are consultants for small to medium businesses.
They look at what you are currently using, compare that to what you want to do, and consult on hardware and software necessary to do so.

They sell mostly Microsoft and Intel. I think they are affiliated.

The name is Sound Advice. The internet address is below.
