Watching recent storm reports noticed that trees that were blown out of the ground or had fallen over - what happens to these? Are they declared dead and entrusted to some local fire place or are they effectivly treated come re-planted?

Sadly, the majority of trees uprooted by storms suffer too much damage to the root system to be "re-planted." Also, most homeowners do not have the money to have the damaged trees to be replanted and saved.

Trees that are removed can be processed in several ways. They can be chipped down into mulch. They can be processed and cut into boards for construction. They can be pulped and processed into paper products. And, as you stated, they can be cut into firewood. If you have a good sized tree that is down, lumber processors and tree trimming companies will often haul it off for free.

How can each residing creature be ineffective? nicely, the real answer on your question is: if there is not any existence in the international, then does it remember no remember if the falling tree makes a valid?
