We would have to choose between to close the eye at the back to look ahead or to close the eyes in front to look at the back. In advantage, we wouldn't had to turn our neck to see who was coming behind us.
A good idea to the inventors of the bionic eye. Just one eye at the top of the head, in the shape of a globe, so we couldn't lost any vision.
But, maybe, we would have to stop, anyway to choose some of them to make contact. Ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,.....

We would have developed the ability to use the eye in conjunction with the eyes in the front, but exactly how we would "view" it would be an interesting speculation.
