Do you think your parents shaped u... into the person u are now?? If so why?

i think parent do what they think the best for us, even if sometimes they just can't see the reality that what they're doing isn't what you want (i didn't count the irresponsible parents).
example of different kind of thinking = when their past life was hard, they want you:
1- work hard and be responsible so that you may never repeat their miserable life.
2- relaxed and give you all what you want because they don't want you feel the hard times they felt.
still, they want to do what they think is the best for us....

Involved or not, parents are a strong influence in a child's development, either as the people you want to become, or as the example of the very person you never want to be.
Most of us are a blend, if we're wise, we pick the best and leave the rest behind.

Yes I do, both positively and negatively because I come from a single parent household. I was raised by my mom to be a confident, independent female who didn't need a man to complete her.

Then there's my father the hypocrite. He preaches to people about family values, yet when pressed can't even remember my name and didn't support me and my sisters in any way and cheated on my mom. And made me wary of men.

you took the time to type out parents and person but cant be bothered with YOU???

texting makes you look ignorant not cool...
