Well, i would say to your family at first anyone from your family depending on how close you are to them. you can also say it to any one as long as the person understands what you mean.. well the best people to say it to are parents, husband or wife and some times depending on upbringing of parents then you can say it to your siblings.

You should say it to every one you love. If you don't say it you should atleast show them how you feel in some way. Chances are you are too young to truly understand what love is to you its just a feeling but once you marry an have kids it takes on a whole new meaning

I say I love you to all of the above.
Including friends.
I remember a time when my family didn't used to say I love you ever.
Then my grandma got cancer and I began telling everyone how much i cared for them.
Now we say it all the time.
You never know when the people you love most aren't going to be around anymore...
Live and love everyday like it's your last.

I say I love you to everyone I care about. I will also tell a stranger on the street I love them if they look like they are in need of the words.We are supposed to love everyone and sometimes someone needs to hear this but have no one to tell them.To show people you love them is very important.

every time I see or talk to my parents, siblings, hubby and kids. I couldn't live with myself if something happend to them and I never told them I loved them

I say it to my mom every so often when I think she needs to be reminded. Las time I told my brother and sister I loved them was last year, it was a pretty crappy day. I don't have a girlfriend so I don't say it.

I tell my little brother and my boyfriend - when he is my husband, I will of course still say it to him, but I hardly ever tell my parents cuz my dad never tells me he loves me. i tell my mom sometimes.
