It is possible to be strong-willed and sensitive. To survive, to chase your dreams, it is essential to be strong-willed. Believe in yourself and trust others. Being sensitive is essential too, more importantly to the needs of others. If one is not sensitive to the needs and feelings of people around, it is needless to say that, that person is going down, finished.
As a matter of fact, I don't think it's possible to be strong-willed and sensitive. It is necessary to be strong-willed and sensitive, consciously.

Yes, I do. I am both of those. I have always been sensitive, but became strong- willed after I learned a few of life's lessons.

I'm both. The opposite of strong-willed is weak-minded; the opposite of sensitive is cold-hearted - strong-willed and sensitive are not opposites.

yes....but it is only a good thing....depending what they are strong willed and sensitive about...like one guy I knew...he was strong willed in only wanting what he wanted and only sensitive...to his needs...so he wasn't much of a man....
...with women....say some really successful women in the world...they can be both...and beautiful too!

Yes. One does not rule out the other, nor are these two traits on opposite ends. One would be well-served to have both as they are very complimentary, assuming one is also well-equipped with astute judgment.
