1. Viagra stops an enzyme that attacks cyclic GMP, so more cyclic GMP can accumulate in the man's penis. With more cyclic GMP present it causes the normal expanding of the arteries and narrowing of the veins -- which produces an erection.
So in the presence of sexual stimulation, erection occurs -- as long as the stimulation is perceived by the man's body as sexual.
Viagra gets the blood flowing, but your brain has to be in the mood as well. The biggest misperception is that it changes your psychology and makes you want sex, but if you're sitting talking to Grandma and you pop a Viagra, unless you have issues, nothing's going to happen.
2. At 18-29 age, there are between 3%(europe) - 7%(usa) man having trouble maintaining or achieving an erection.
Regarding health and lifestyle risk factors, those who experience emotional or stress-relatedproblems are more likely to experience sexual dysfunctions.

Viagra just enhances what you normally do. It might let you get harder faster but it won't keep it hard longer or let you delay your orgasm. Its for people that have trouble acheiving and maintaining an erection up until orgasm.
Also, don't waste your time on those stupid manpower sites, all they do is cost money and make you waste time worrying about things that aren't a concern. And the pills they sell will cause you serious health problems and possible cancer.
If your partner really needs more stimulation after you orgasm, try a vibrator or a strap on.

.1. When I used viagra I mostly did not stay erect after ejaculation. But it was much easier to get a repeat erection for about 10 hrs as viagra was still in my system. Now same I have with cialis, the only difference is that I can easilly have repeat erections for about 30hrs as cialis is a newer and in my opinion better drug. Altough the erections were somehow more intesive with viagra.

2. it is quite popular among men starting from about 20, but men who do not need these pills should not mess with them, (don't fix what is not broken) and yes, unfortunately ed is getting more and more wider spread at younger and younger ages in the western world because of our modern lifestyle and diet. (same as baldness)
http://www.viagrafans.com is a good source for this info, it is an online community of viagra cialis and levitra users. so may be check the forums there,. the site has also got price comparison of best and cheapest online pharmacies for these pills.

1. Most ED drugs use the same basic system, increasing blood flow to the genital area. I have had some case that I remained erect after orgasm and others where I didn't. It all depended upon the mental stimulation contributing to the arousal state.
2. As with many "pop" activities, use of ED drugs among young people is on the rise (no pun intended). The cause is not because ED is on the increase among young people, but the notion that "more is better." Young men have always wanted to feel superior in the sexual performance category, but that is a social phenomenon, not a physical one.

I don't know the answers you need about Viagra but let me advise you against the method someone else suggested. Holding in semen is not a good, healthy, or safe way to prolong erection. You can damage your body seriously by doing this by causing what is called retrograde ejaculation. It is possible though to hold back from ejaculating by tightening the the same muscle that is used to stop the flow of urine while urinating. This does allow more time before loosing the erection and ending sex. It is not safe though to never let out the ejaculation.

1 - Nope, because after first ejaculation usually libido comes down and despite Viagra, the erection will end!
2 - Some polls highlight that information clearly! ED is increasing among young guys as well as early ejaculation and others psychological pathology.

You need stimulation to get and stay hard even with Viagra. It helps you. It doesn't do it for you.

its all about blood flow and stimulation
these meds (viagra, cialis and levitra) make it easier to get hard (and to get hard again) but normally do not make you a superman (staying hard after ejaculation)
you can read more about these meds at the pharmacy site below
