The 'Prime Minister' Brown has made more ludicrous promises today:
'A personal tutor for every secondary pupil.' Utter nonsense. Schools don't have sufficient books, computers or repairs to their fabric - how can he suddenly pay tens of thousands of 'personal tutors'? Where will he find them? Train people out of the dole queue?

'Stand up for British values.' How? By allowing a further 2 million asylum seekers and other immigrants into the country over the next 5 years?

'Punish and prevent crime.' Lie. The police catch criminals and the courts release them back onto the streets. The Human Rights Act is a threat to our internal security. Murderers serving 5 or 6 years. Can you believe it?

'Binge drinking.' He wants to end it. Ha, ha! HE and the other traitor Blair were responsible for 24-hour drinking. The powerful brewery lobby would never permit that law to be reversed.

Do you agree that he is a liar and a dissembler?

I agree totally, the only thing in his favour is that he is only doing what all politicians do and that is lie through their teeth. The Human Rights Act should be abolished, all it has done is given power to the criminal. Close our borders now, the dross of Europe are all headed here because they know this stupid country will give them handouts! Give us the referendum on the EU that we were promised. if we weren't giving half this country's wealth away we would have a decent health and education system. Trouble is, no matter how stupid the legislation is, they never reverse it! It has been the constant strive for multiculturism that has destroyed the fabric of Brittish society, perpetrated by this government. how dare they now ask us to stand up for Britain when they have sold us down the river.Problem is all the parties are as bad as each other, I despair about what is happening to my beloved country.

I agree 100% All he is interested in now is suckering enough people in to vote for him when he calls a general election. False empty promises . He is a dangerous man to be in charge of the country!

I'm an American, but I have to say that it sounds like Gordon Brown is just full of empty promises.
