My boyfriend tells me its a bad word. My children beleive its a bad word. I for one never thought of the word as bad. its not like "suck" or Sh*t those are bad.
What do you think? is Crap Bad or Not Bad?

It's a fairly light swear word... I'd say crap in front of my mum but I wouldn't say sh#t.

No crap is not a bad word and I dont think suck is a bad word either. It could be an offensive word depending on how you use it, but offensive doesnt mean the same thing as bad does it.

English, being my second language, is a very rich descriptive language... There are no bad words, only the words that the church or some other institution deemed unacceptable.

I dont think so. I like it better than poop(when its used in that way), and i like it better than stuff(when its used in that way). My preacher even uses that word, just tell your husband and kids to bite off! lol*, no, I guess just dont use it around the children?maybe? But, if my bf told me to not say a word, i would use it as many times as i could.

Not good or bad, but, as my mother said, it is not to be said in "polite" company! I find it a useful word.
