About 60 days on the Queen Victoria cruise ship. (But it goes in the other direction only.)

I really not know. Depends a lot on the boat (Sail/Power) and ocean currents and wind. I figure 5 knots an hour. Most private boats cruise around 8-10 knots per hour. So, if we can find the distance then we divide by 5 and this give an estimate of total hours. Then figure if you go 24/7 or 8-10 hours a day. Usually in the open ocean a boat can go 24/7 with a 24 hour watch/lookout.
The red line in the picture would be the best route I guess.

In the days of the £10 poms. People emigrating to Oz for £10 and going there by boat it was about 6 or 7 weeks. I am talking the 1960`s and 1970`s not when we sent convicts.

If your going by canoe it could take years, but the chances are you would drown......
If you went by motor boat you would be a lot quicker but the chances are you would run out of fuel.....If you went by a yacht it would take you as long as it would take you, given the circumstances. If I was you I would fly, then they could tell you exactly how long it would take. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
