Flies no, the spider injects toxins in them that paralyzes them, and theoretically they dont feel pain (could be they just cant move but can still feel pain). Another common way to kill spiders and flys is to smash them, and even then I dont think they would feel pain because thats a quick death. Either way, all living beings, even plants feel pain

Well Iam not one so I can't really explain to you how they feel lol,but Iam almost certain they do feel some sort of pain as they are living creatures and being smaller in size and being struck with a force of pressure must cause them discomfort.
