Yes! I loved that thing. I asked for one all the time and when I got it for my 6th birthday I was SOOO excited!
At first I bought all the little package mixes but when they got boring I made my own. I don't use an Easy Bake Oven any more, but I still bake and cook. I make everything from scratch and use an oven, not a 100 watt bulb. =]

I got my Easy Bake Oven for Christmas, when I was about ten years old. Brace yourself, that was 40 years ago!!! I was so thrilled. I made cakes and cupcakes and back then they even had PIZZA mix. I remember taking such care to ice and decorate my creations and then proudly presented them to my mom and dad. To my delight, they oohed and ahhhhed over everthing I made. Even the pizza, which I have to admit wasn't so great. When I'd blown through the mixes that were included with the purchase of the oven, it took a while to find more. I remember the day my mom came home and to my surprise she'd found more cake mixes etc. I cherished that oven for a long time. Thanks for helping me to re-visit such a wonderful childhood memory.

OMG!! Easy Bake Ovens were the best. I still remember mine... it was so much fun!! Its funny because I used to love baking on that thing, but never wanted to bake for real.

You know what i never had an easy bake oven . I really don't know why i guess i never asked for it i was content with other things

No, I had a Pizza Hut oven. Remember those? I used to take it over to my friends house and we'd make ugh pizza. I am so sorry to say it was AWFUL! Maybe that is why the ovens are no longer sold?

Yes!!! I loved mine!!! It is one of my favorite childhood memories. It only took 25 minutes to make a cupcake! LOL
ahhhhh the memories.
A few years ago when the "boys" version called the "Queesy bake Oven" came out I couldnt wait to get my son one. You can make dog bisquits and worms and stuff in it.

Yes, when I was 8, my uncle gave it to me for Christmas I think I played with it once.
I have 2 daughters my oldest,16 had one she played with hers for a couple of days.
And my other one, 12 had 2 and played with hers only like 3 times.
But girls still love them.

No! And I wanted one so badly when I was little! I got my daughter one last year for Christmas, and she looked at my like I was insane, then wanted to know where her playstation was! Oh, the times have changed!

Yes, and I cooked mud pies in it.
I also made cakes out of mud and then took one of those dog turds bleached white from the sun, added water and made a "frosting" for the mud cakes.
