It is really bad, especially the cardboard and the stores should do something about it because it takes up all our bin space. We should start a campaign to get it reduced.

its simple realy there is less food and more packaging so you are never full and go and buy another,
packaging is much cheaper to buy than the acual food so boxes cartons and wrappings are made to let you think your getting a bargain by design in food but in actual fact your buying packaging, which in turn provides the seller with a clear profit from the packaging and use less food for which it will make his products go further

Don't start me off on this one!!! Drives me crazy. One supermarket shop ends with half a wheelie bin full of blasted packaging.
I go to my local greengrocers now and the local butchers - minimum packaging for the meat, and none for the fruit and veg - it just goes straight into my basket.

It's all down to fussy shoppers and their if it doesn't look perfect, I don't want it attitude.
I don't care if my apples and pears are less than perfect. I know exactly where they come from (local farm shop) and have even picked them myself on a couple of occassions.
I haven't eaten a shop bought potoato in nearly 3 years when eating at home (restauraunts don't like it if you take your own in and ask them to cook those) and have no problems with any of them.

It's not what goes in the mouth that defiles man.
Rather it's what comes out the mouth that defiles.
Law is spiritual, but expired spiritual food poison.
By THY words THOU art justfied or condemned.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
