The first thing to do is to remover the filter and give it a scrub in a bucket of bleach and water. Then pump all the water out and clean the bath with Handy andy (or an amonia cleaner) Pour a mixture of bleach and water and run it through the filter system.

if you fill the bath up so the jets are covered by the water, (cold water will do) then get some milton tablets, 2 or 3 will do, then switch on the jacuzzi for about 5 mins, then switch it off, leave it to settle for a while, then empty, fill with cold water again, turn it on, just so it rinses is a bit, but that is optional, then empty , job done. remember to clean bath out after of any residue that comes out of the pipes

Put a good amount of bleach in a full tub of water and run the jets for at least 20+ minutes.
Redo it without the bleach.
Enjoy

Don't know if it'd work for you but I have a jaccuzi bath and was advised to occasionally run it for 30mins with bleach in the water. I now add to that an anti cal tab as we have hard water.

pour in a bottle of white vinegar (a gallon) and run the tub for a good hour or so. And let it sit for a couple of hours too. Drain and refill with clean water.
