Cancer isn't like getting a cut infected, the only person that would know this and could say if you have 'mouth cancer' (commonly known as leukemia) is a dentist - i bet you didn't know that every time you go dentists they check for stuff like that!

I have always bit the inside of my cheek, it's a nervous habit. My parents used to tell me this would cause cancer just to get me to stop doing it. In reality, this does not cause cancer though.

no. you can't give yourself mouth cancer. unless you smoke, but no, you can't by bitting them...
