and why. and does this make you take a more european eating style?

I don't think foreign food is healthier per se, but I do know that foreign portion sizes are! I lost 5 pounds during the month I spent studying abroad in Italy.

Eat smaller, people!

in some cases, i do think foreign food is healthier because it's not as fattening as american food think of the obesity epidemic...kids are now 3 times heavier than they were about 20 years ago...
take for example: asian food, most asian foods include chicken and fish with a variety of vegetables like corn, green peppers,carrots, etc......

Some of it...for example, authentic Asian food is healthier because they eat meat as a SIDE dish, not a main course, and they eat lots of veggies, fish and chicken.

italian food probably but not the red wine as i think its an excuse to get drunk

I dont think it's healthier , just more tanned !!

not always, they either have a lot of rice or other fattening ingredients.
