The story goes, they went on a Dutch Date at McDonald's and she wanted just a plain burger, nothing in it except meat, I guess. But instead, she got a regular burger, and the cooker was discusted, and spit on the burger in the back, and she happened to see this. We know this is a felony, is there any chance that they could bring this to court and get restitution? Because they just walked out with a free meal.

When they accepted the free meal they agreed to a settlement which meant an end to the matter. They cannot proceed further.

I would guess that if they had called the police right then and there and filed a police report that they could have sued. I have to agree with others that accepting the free meal negated any chance of going to court with this. My question is this: Why did they accept a new meal after seeing what the cooks do to customer's food there?

Can you prove this in a court of law. Do you have the hamburger with his DNA on it,. Oh by the way, you can sue for anything in this country, that's why the court system is so backed up. Did she insist the man get fired. By accepting the free meal I believe you said everything was ok.

if they walked out with a free meal, I dont think that there is anything to take McDonalds to court over. They could see about getting that worker fired if there have been other cases of them tampering with the food there.

This story is becoming more and more boring. Please don't post it again, twice is more than enough!
